a burning child ?
i'm not really sure about this one - again - maybe something to do with a planning meeting that takes four hours for all parties to admit to themselves that they have no idea what they're actually all hoping to work towards; in spite of the fact that team of people have been working on this project, and towards these goals, for about six weeks !
glad to say that i've not been involved much, up to this point. except to repeatedly point out that they have no clear aim, and no hope of doing anything useful until they resolve this issue.
a know, not exactly rocket science, eh ?
