...and that crab, apparently dreams only of becoming a robot.

looks like a nice robot to me; can't say the same for the crab, though, i'm afraid. those red eyes look a little menacing to me... or maybe it's just that my pen didn't have the anti-red eye turned on.

yes, still a little blurry, but i'm getting kinda used to it.

so here we witness the crab-men as they travel the seabed towards their goal - or could just be me having a 'bit of a think' about a particular piece of work, with a pen and a few highlighters close to hand?

my first ever crab doodle, i think.

oddly enough i don't remember ever doodling a crab before: whereas, almost subconsciously, i will often find myself doodling away at ol' favourites - rockets, robots, lions, etc - before i'm even aware what i'm doing.

now this may lead one to conclude that this particular meeting was in some way extraordinary... and indeed you'd be correct; it was extraordinarily pointless and dull.
